3. Execute multi-step follow-up cadences to convert cold leads into active product trials. 4. Keep detailed records in our master CRM / Google Sheets tracker, monitoring open rates, responses, and pipeline velocity.

5. Coordinate with the founder to transition interested club managers into live assisted pilots.
