Strategic Sourcing Internship

Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the sourcing team in identifying, evaluating, and shortlisting vendors and suppliers for robot components and parts. 2.

Visit vendor facilities and manufacturing sites in the field to assess capability, quality standards, and pricing. 3. Assist in vendor negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.

4. Research and build out a pipeline of new potential suppliers for mechanical, electrical, and electronic parts. 5. Maintain and update vendor and sourcing records, including pricing comparisons and quotes.

6. Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and follow up with vendors on order status. 7. Support quality checks and documentation for incoming parts and materials.

8. Prepare sourcing reports and cost comparisons to support decision-making. 9. Work closely with and report directly to the Sourcing Head on daily priorities and ongoing sourcing projects.

Pursuing or holding a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, operations, or a related field. • 2. Comfortable with regular field travel to vendor and supplier locations across Bengaluru.

• 3. Strong communication and negotiation skills. • 4. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and organizing vendor/pricing data. • 5. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
