Sales Apprentice - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Work closely with the sales, events, and marketing teams to learn hospitality sales operations from the ground up while providing administrative support to drive revenue and room 2.

Sales Support & AdministrationManage inquiries: Respond to initial customer leads via phone and email.Prepare proposals: Create sales contracts, group booking agreements, and client proposals.

3. Update systems: Maintain accurate client data within the hotel's property management system (PMS) or CRM. 4. Client Relations & Site InspectionsConduct tours: Showcase hotel rooms, meeting spaces, and amenities to potential clients.

5. Coordinate events: Assist the events team in planning and executing corporate or social bookings. 6. Build rapport: Maintain positive relationships with past, current, and future hotel guests.

7. Market Research & MarketingTrack competitors: Monitor local competitor rates, packages, and marketing trends. 8. Support outreach: Assist with lead-generation campaigns and local community networking.
