Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media, and screen resumes to shortlist suitable applicants.
2. Contact candidates, schedule interviews, follow up with applicants, and maintain candidate databases. 3. Post job openings, prepare recruitment reports and trackers, and support the HR team throughout the hiring process.
