Quality Assurance (QA) Intern - Internship (WFH)

IdentiQ is looking for a quality assurance intern to help us test and improve our web platform, IdentiQ.in. As an Intern, you will be responsible for testing IdentiQ.

in across different devices, browsers, and user journeys. Your primary goal will be to identify bugs, crashes, broken functionality, and usability issues before they affect our users.

You will work closely with our product and development team to report issues, verify fixes, and help improve the overall quality and reliability of the platform.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Test IdentiQ.in and its features regularly. 2. Identify and report bugs, errors, crashes, and broken functionality.

3. Test different user flows and scenarios to ensure everything works as expected. 4. Perform testing across desktop, mobile, and different browsers. 5.

Identify UI/UX inconsistencies and unexpected behavior. 6. Document bugs clearly, including steps to reproduce the issue. 7. Retest reported issues after they are fixed.

8. Perform regression testing to ensure existing features continue to work properly. 9. Explore the platform from a user's perspective and identify potential problems.
