Corporate Governance Internship

As a Corporate Governance intern at STARTUP GROWW CONSULTING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of startups and corporate law.

We are seeking a motivated individual with a solid understanding of Company Law, Corporate Law, Statutory compliances, and Legal Drafting to join our team.

Key responsibilities include: 1. Assist in preparation and filing of MCA/ROC forms and returns. 2. Support maintenance of statutory registers and corporate records.

3. Assist in preparing notices, agendas, minutes, resolutions, and other secretarial documents. 4. Support annual filing and event-based compliance activities.

5. Conduct basic research on Companies Act, rules, and regulatory requirements. 6. Coordinate and maintain compliance-related documentation. 7. Assist in preparing and organizing board and general meeting documents.

8. Support the team in day-to-day secretarial and legal compliance work. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for corporate governance and legal compliance, we want to hear from you.
