Business Development (Sales) Internship

1. Source and qualify the right companies to reach out to, using our AI-powered lead and data-enrichment tools. 2. Run personalized outreach at scale through our own tool, Connectora real, researched messages, never generic pitches.

3. Take genuine replies into the CRM, keep the conversation moving, and use the work we've done for the prospect to pull decision-makers onto a call. 4.

Learn to run our Growth Engine Audit analyse a prospect's business using Claude (AI) and use the findings to earn the meeting. 5. Grow into closing: diagnose the client's needs, present findings, and help close deals on value, not price.

6. Follow up with discipline so no lead ever goes cold every lead always has a clear next action. 7. Own your numbers and keep the CRM accurate on meetings set, deals moved, and deals closed.
