Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, sales, and brand awareness.

2. Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, monitoring ROAS, conversions, reach, and engagement. 3. Identify and generate qualified leads through social media, Meta Ads, online research, and other channels.

4. Research and reach out to potential customers, retailers, distributors, influencers, and brand partners. 5. Follow up with leads, maintain lead records, and support the conversion of prospects into customers or business opportunities.

6. Conduct market and competitor research to identify beauty trends, growth opportunities, and new sales channels. 7. Work closely with a growing beauty brand and contribute to making makeup fun, engaging, and accessible to a diverse audience.
