Law/IPR Litigation Intern

Assisting in the ongoing litigation and legal matters related to film IP and attending courts when required 2. Preparing and filing a suit for copyright infringement and making a list of documents, and filing applications, replies, rejoiners and filing, clearing defects, etc.

on an ongoing basis 3. Liaising between the company and the law firms that represent it in the US, India, and internationally 4. Attending courts for matters as and when required 5.

Performing extensive legal research using legal databases 6. Organizing and drafting all litigation and legal research materials for the senior lawyers 7.

Making notes during meetings and distributing them promptly 8. Organizing, analyzing, and tracking various film, TV, and theatre projects across the company's legal functions 9.

Assisting in the legal aspects of various investment functions such as green-lighting projects, fundraising, and roadshows as and when required 10.
