Legal Internship

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Key Responsibilities
2. Assist in tracking and following up on pending legal matters.
3. Coordinate with lawyers and legal consultants for ongoing matters and documentation.
4. Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining vendor and client agreements.
5. Support the team in negotiations and discussions related to commercial and contractual terms.
6. Follow up with clients and vendors regarding agreement revisions, approvals, and signatures.
7. Maintain records of contracts, legal documents, notices, and correspondence.
8. Track important dates such as agreement renewals, notice periods, and contract deadlines.
9. Assist in identifying basic contractual requirements and highlighting issues to the management/legal team.
10. Conduct basic legal research whenever required.
11. Prepare reports and maintain a tracker of pending legal matters and agreements.
12. Maintain confidentiality of all legal and business-related information.

Stipend

INR₹ 6,000 - 15,000 /month
