Artificial Intelligence (AI) Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Develop AI-powered resume parsing, screening, and candidate-job matching tools. 2. Build tools to automate candidate database management and resume data extraction.

3. Develop AI assistants for job description creation, candidate summaries, and interview preparation. 4. Automate repetitive recruitment processes, including candidate follow-ups, interview coordination, and email drafting.

5. Build AI-powered tools for client research, sales lead generation, and business development. 6. Develop dashboards and automated reports to track recruiter productivity, open positions, submissions, interviews, and closures.

7. Integrate AI solutions with Google Sheets, Excel, email, databases, and other business applications. 8. Explore and implement AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms to improve internal workflows.

9. Test, troubleshoot, document, and continuously improve the tools developed. Experience working with OpenAI APIs or other AI model APIs. • 2. Knowledge of Streamlit, Flask, FastAPI, or basic web application development. • 3. Familiarity with SQL, GitHub, OCR, document processing, and cloud deployment.
