Studio Operations Associate Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Coordinate post-production photo and video deliveries. 2. Be present on photo shoot days to assist clients, vendors and the team.

3. Manage products and ensure everything is ready for shoots. 4. Follow up with clients and vendors for smooth communication. 5. Assist with scheduling and day-to-day administrative work.

6. Share ideas for social media content and marketing. 7. Keep records, checklists and project updates organized. 8. Support the Executive Assistant with any additional operational tasks.
