Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handle customer queries through chat and social media. 2. Understand customer questions and provide the right information about our products.

3. Follow up with customers when needed. 4. Help customers with their issues and provide a quick solution. 5. Make sure customers have a good experience while chatting with us.

6. Keep a basic record of customer chats and follow-ups.
