3. Draft notices, resolutions, minutes, and corporate documents. 4. Maintain statutory registers and company records. 5. Assist in preparing compliance reports and documentation.

6. Research updates related to the Companies Act, 2013. 7. Coordinate with internal teams and professionals for compliance requirements. 8. Maintain compliance calendars and track filing deadlines.
