Human Resources Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Support the Compensation Benchmarking project through market research and data analysis. Conduct research on industry compensation trends across various roles and experience levels.

Assist in collecting, analysing and maintaining compensation data. Support the TA team in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.

Assist with candidate communication and interview scheduling. Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and dashboards.
