Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Create and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms 2. Assist in planning content calendars and basic content ideation (reels, stories, product highlights) 3.

Interact with customers over calls to answer product queries, take orders, and resolve basic concerns 4. Follow up with customers on order status, feedback, and repeat engagement 5.

Support with responding to DMs/comments on social media 6. Coordinate with the team on ongoing offers, new launches, and gifting occasions 7.
