About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and the concerned team.
5. Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
6. Assist with joining formalities and employee documentation.
7. Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leave, salary, incentives, and other HR-related queries.
8. Support the HR team in preparing reports and maintaining HR data.
9. Assist in employee engagement activities and company events.

Stipend

INR₹ 5,000 - 6,000 /month
