Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities

1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
2. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Assist in processing orders and providing product information.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes.
7. Support other departments as needed to enhance overall customer experience.
