Management Trainee - Internship

Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct market research and territory mapping to identify local businesses, merchants, institutions, and potential business opportunities for EbixCash's forex, remittance, and payment services.

2. Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities by understanding local market requirements, customer needs, and emerging trends. 3. Engage with prospective clients and businesses to understand their requirements and provide relevant information about EbixCash's products and services.

4. Support business development initiatives by coordinating with prospective clients, Branch Managers, and internal teams to facilitate the business onboarding process.

5. Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their evolving business requirements and identify opportunities for further engagement.

6. Maintain and update market intelligence and business opportunity records, including prospective clients, client interactions, market observations, and competitor information.

7. Conduct market analysis, including pricing trends, product offerings, customer preferences, and local market activities, and share relevant insights with the Branch Manager.

8. Provide regular reports on market developments, business opportunities, and client feedback to support branch-level business planning and strategy.

9. Represent the EbixCash brand professionally during client interactions, market visits, and other business development activities.
