Law/Legal Intern

About the internship

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
2. Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case laws.
3. Support the team in reviewing vendor, partnership, employment, and commercial agreements.
4. Assist with documentation and record-keeping of legal contracts and other important documents.
5. Support the team in tracking legal and regulatory compliances.
6. Help identify and flag potential legal or contractual risks.
7. Assist with preparing legal notices, letters, and other correspondence when required.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and documents required for legal matters.
9. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and legal information.
10. Assist the legal team with any other legal or compliance-related tasks as required.

Requirements

1. Pursuing an LLB / 5-year integrated law degree (BA LLB, BBA LLB, etc.).
2. Strong interest in Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Commercial Law.
3. Good legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Good attention to detail and ability to work with documentation.
6. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
7. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
8. Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.

Stipend

INR₹ 10,000 - 10,001 /month

Other requirements

• 1. Students currently pursuing LLB or a 5-year integrated law degree such as BA LLB, BBA LLB, or B.Com LLB.
• 2. Law graduates who have recently completed their degree may also apply.
• 3. Students in their 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of law school are encouraged to apply.
• 4. Candidates with a strong interest in Corporate Law, Contract Law, Commercial Law, or Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
• 5. Freshers and candidates with prior internship experience in a legal/corporate environment are welcome.
