Publisher Outreach & Vendor Relations Internship

Selected interns' day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Researching and building a list of regional publishers (contact person, phone, email, languages, genres) 2.

Calling and emailing publishers to introduce our bookstore and request their latest catalogues 3. Asking about trade discounts, payment terms, minimum order quantities, and return policies 4.

Maintaining a tracker (Excel/Google Sheets) of publishers contacted, responses, discounts offered, and follow-ups 5. Following up with publishers who haven't responded 6.
