Operations Internship

The role We are looking for a doer, not a planner. Plans will come from the team; your job is to make them happen on the ground, on time, every time. You will manage stakeholders, run operations in the field and fix problems the moment they show up.

You will work with almost every department at Supertails, including Marketing, Category, Tech/Product, Customer Experience, Supply Chain and Finance. Expect to spend most of your time on the ground and on calls, not in slides.

What you'll do Stakeholder management Be the go-to person between the healthcare team and other departments: Marketing, Category, Tech/Product, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Finance and HR Chase owners daily until tasks are closed Coordinate with vets, vendors, partners and local communities to get things moving Escalate blockers early with a clear ask, then close the loop On-ground operations Execute campaigns and activations on the ground, from setup to the day itself Get logistics done: vendors, materials, stock and people in the right place on time Visit sites regularly to check processes and fix gaps on the spot Support new launches with on-ground readiness and launch-day execution Keep trackers updated and report daily numbers without being asked Who you are A hustler: you move fast, take initiative and do not wait to be told twice Street smart: you read situations and people well, and find practical workarounds when plans break An owner: you treat outcomes as yours, follow through to closure and do not pass the buck A strong communicator: clear in English and Hindi or Kannada, comfortable talking to vets, vendors and senior leaders alike Organised: you juggle many moving parts and keep trackers clean in Excel or Google Sheets Hands-on: happy to travel across the city and work on the ground when needed Final-year student or recent graduate (any discipline, MBA or similar is a plus) Good to have Past internship in operations, events, sales or a startup Experience running college fests, clubs or on-ground events Love for pets (a big plus) Own two-wheeler for field visits is a plus not a mandate What you'll get Real ownership of projects that reach pets and pet parents directly Exposure to every function of a fast-growing consumer startup Direct mentorship from the Supertails Healthcare leadership team Certificate, plus a pre-placement offer for strong performers Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: • are available for full time (in-office) internship • can start the internship between 15th Oct'26 and 19th Nov'26 • are available for duration of 6 months • have relevant skills and interests Stipend: INR₹ 15,000 - 20,000 /month Deadline: 2026-11-14 23:59:59 Other perks: Certificate, Letter of recommendation, Informal dress code, Free snacks & beverages Skills required: Operations and English Proficiency (Spoken) About Company: Supertails.
