Retail Operations Intern

About the internship

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented retail intern to support our retail operations team. The intern will gain practical experience in retail sales, customer handling, inventory management, merchandising, and day-to-day store operations, particularly within the golf and sports retail environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in day-to-day retail store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
2. Assist customers in selecting suitable golf equipment, apparel, accessories, and other products.
3. Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
4. Maintain proper product displays, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
5. Assist in inventory management, stock counting, receiving, tagging, and arranging merchandise.
6. Help maintain accurate records of stock movement and product availability.
7. Assist with billing, order processing, packing, and dispatch of products as required.
8. Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
9. Support online/e-commerce retail activities, including order processing and customer coordination.
10. Assist during golf tournaments, events, promotions, and special retail activities.
11. Ensure the retail area is clean, organised, and adequately stocked at all times.
12. Perform other retail and administrative duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Stipend

INR₹ 18,000 - 21,000 /month
