At Airtribe, we're redefining how learners experience education. As a Learning Experience Associate, you will be at the heart of learner journeys - owning cohort operations, coordinating workshops, and ensuring every touchpoint in the learning experience is smooth, structured, and delightful.

Support end-to-end cohort management - from onboarding to program completion 2. Coordinate and schedule live workshops, masterclasses, and community events 3.
Be the primary point of contact for learners, ensuring smooth communication and quick query resolution 4. Assist in the planning and execution of flagship events, webinars, and collaborations 5.
Maintain learner engagement through timely reminders, follow-ups, and feedback collection 6. Work closely with internal teams (growth, content, tech) and external stakeholders (mentors, speakers) 7.

Experience in organizing college events and fests is a plus. About Company: Airtribe is an early-stage startup trying to build the world's largest platform for cohort-based courses for lifelong learning to increase learner outcomes.
Cohort-based courses are live programs with workshop-style sessions with direct access to the instructor, access to the community with your peers, and regular feedback.
