Product Content Developer - Psychology - Internship (WFH & Part Time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Design and create learning activities based on psychological traits, habits, and student behavioral patterns.

2. Develop structured educational content including worksheets, reflection forms, mentor notes, and guided exercises. 3. Create assessments and activity frameworks targeting areas such as focus, motivation, discipline, and learning habits.

4. Research and identify relevant YouTube videos, articles, and external resources to support activity development. 5. Use AI tools to generate first drafts and refine content for clarity, depth, and learner engagement.

6. Convert created content into structured PPT presentations using Google Slides or AI-based presentation tools. 7. Assist in developing multi-level content (foundation to advanced) for different learner grades.

8. Maintain organized documentation and structured tracking of all content sheets and versions. 9. Collaborate with the product team to ensure alignment with long-term learning framework and objectives.

Candidates pursuing or completed psychology, education, social work, or behavioural sciences will be preferred. • 2. Prior experience in content writing, curriculum development, or assessment creation is a plus.

• 3. Strong research and analytical thinking skills required. • 4. Familiarity with Generative AI tools will be an advantage. • 5. Prior experience in publishing research papers or having some published research papers.
