Data & Growth Operations Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Collecting and updating restaurant performance data (sales, orders, ratings, ad spend, offers) from Zomato and Swiggy partner dashboards into Google Sheets/Excel trackers 2.

Cleaning and checking the data for errors, and flagging sudden drops in orders, ratings or conversion to the team 3. Tracking customer reviews and ratings, tagging common complaints, and helping draft replies 4.

Preparing simple weekly performance summaries and charts for our restaurant clients (Monday reporting) 5.
