1. Assist HR team in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
3. Assist in updating and maintaining HR databases and employee records.
4. Help in organizing and conducting training sessions for employees.
5. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
