We operate at the intersection of activism and pop culture, creating content that informs, inspires, and ultimately drives action. About the Role: This role focuses on identifying emerging internet and culture trends and turning them into engaging, platform-native content for Gen Z audiences.

It combines trend spotting, social content creation, short-form video, copywriting, basic design, creator research, and community engagement. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1.

Track and spot trends early across Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and creator ecosystems, and turn them into timely content angles. 2. Translate pop culture and internet moments into platform-native formats, including Reels, carousels, memes, stories, and short clips.

3. Write high-retention copy, including captions, hooks, on-screen text, subtitles, and story frames. 4. Create short-form videos, including scripting, shot planning, basic filming, editing, and sound selection.

5. Design social-first creatives using Canva or basic Adobe templates. 6. Maintain a consistent brand voice tailored to Gen Z audiences. 7. Support community management and conversation-led posting.

8. Collaborate with editorial, video, and design teams from concept to execution. 9. Build a flexible content calendar for real-time publishing. 10. Participate in brainstorms and pitch fresh formats and creator-led ideas.

11. Assist with creator research and UGC discovery.
