Interior Design Internship

Type: Full-Time Internship | Work from Office Duration: Minimum 6 Months PPO: Available for High Performers About the Internship: The Signature Design Studio is looking for creative, curious, and ambitious Interior Design Interns who want to learn by working on real interior design projects.

This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to move beyond college assignments and understand how professional interiors are actually designed, detailed, and executed.

You will work closely with our interior designers and architects on premium residential and commercial projects and gain exposure to the complete design process.

This is a minimum 6-month internship, and exceptional performers may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time Interior Designer role.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with design concepts, mood boards, and presentations. 2. Develop space plans and furniture layouts.

3. Prepare AutoCAD drawings and detailed layouts. 4. Assist with 3D modelling and rendering. 5. Research materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and d cor.

6. Support designers with design development and revisions. 7. Help prepare client presentations. 8. Assist with working drawings and project documentation.

9. Coordinate design information with vendors and project teams. 10. Participate in site visits and understand project execution. 11. Research new materials, products, and design trends.

12. Learn how design decisions translate into built spaces. • Skills We Value: • 1. Basic to good working knowledge of AutoCAD. • 2. Understanding of space planning. • 3. Good aesthetic and visual sense. • 4. Basic knowledge of materials, finishes, and colours.

• 5. Ability to understand floor plans. • 6. Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, V-Ray, Corona, or similar tools is an advantage. • 7. Attention to detail.
