General Management Internship

We are looking for a highly driven and organized individual to work directly with the Director and assist in managing daily business operations across logistics and tech verticals.

This role is not a typical internship you will be expected to take ownership, ensure execution, and act as a force multiplier for leadership. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include: A.

Execution & Follow-ups: 1. Track tasks across teams (operations, tech, sales) 2. Ensure deadlines are met through structured follow-ups 3. Maintain daily/weekly task trackers and escalation reports B.

Communication & Coordination: 1. Handle basic client calls and queries professionally 2. Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders 3.

Ensure clear communication and closure of tasks C. Calendar & Meeting Management: 1. Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules 2. Take detailed MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and track action items 3.

Ensure post-meeting execution D. ERP Monitoring & Supervision: 1. Monitor entries and workflows in ERP systems (QuickBiz / eCargo) 2. Identify gaps, delays, and inconsistencies 3.

Ensure processes are being followed correctly E. Founder's Office Support: 1. Assist in business analysis, reporting, and decision-making tasks 2. Use tools like ChatGPT for drafting, research, and automation 3.

• 9. Bonus: Basic coding knowledge (PHP/APIs/SQL understanding). • 10. Strong ownership mindset. • 11. Recent graduate (BBA/BMS/Engineering/Commerce).

• 12. Interest in working closely with leadership. • 13. Interest in the intersection of operations, business, and tech. • 14. Not looking for a 'time-pass internship.
