Account Management Internship

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work directly with marquee customers to understand their hiring priorities and build professional relationships.
2. Work closely with the founding team to learn account management and take on increasing responsibility.
3. Participate in customer calls and meetings, capture requirements, and drive follow-ups.
4. Coordinate with recruitment teams to keep candidate submissions, interviews, and onboarding on track.
5. Write clear customer updates, flag concerns early, and help resolve delivery issues.
6. Maintain accurate trackers of open roles, customer discussions, and commitments.

Stipend

INR₹ 20,000 - 30,000 /month
