Founders Office - Administration Internship

At KuhlTherm, the focus is on redefining thermal management and sustainable cooling solutions through innovation and strategic execution. The Chief of Staff Intern role is designed as a high-impact position working directly with the Founder, functioning as a force multiplier to translate vision into action.

This role offers a real-time, hands-on learning experience similar to a mini-MBA, providing deep exposure to how a startup scales across strategy, operations, and execution.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Account Data entry, Purchase order release, Hiring support 2. Manage executive operations by supporting the Founder in prioritization.

3. Coordinate cross-functional communication by aligning Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams with weekly organizational goals. 4. Analyze complex data and prepare concise reports, ensuring accurate tracking of KPIs and effective meeting readiness.

5. Draft high-impact written materials including internal memos, LinkedIn thought leadership content. A versatile mindset with comfort across financial modeling, pitch deck editing, and operational problem-solving. • 2. Strong organizational habits with consistent use of calendars and task management systems.

• 3. A grounded attitude with willingness to handle both strategic and operational responsibilities. • 4. Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

• 5. Genuine interest in climate technology, hardware innovation, or thermal engineering. • 6. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

• 7. Previous internship experience in startups, venture capital, or management consulting is a huge plus. • 8. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and slide design (Canva/Pitch/PowerPoint).
