Fundraising - Internship (WFH & Part Time)

As a telecalling intern at Unessa Foundation, you will have the exciting opportunity to utilize your English proficiency in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Making outbound calls to potential donors to raise awareness about our charitable initiatives.

2. Conducting follow-up calls to nurture relationships with existing donors and thank them for their support. 3. Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

4. Collaborating with the fundraising team to meet weekly and monthly donation targets. 5. Maintaining accurate call logs and documentation of donor interactions in our database.

6. Participating in training sessions to enhance your communication and persuasion skills. 7. Contributing innovative ideas to improve our telecalling strategies and maximize impact.
