Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Candidate Sourcing: Search for and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, Internshala, and other recruitment platforms.

2. Resume Screening: Review applications and resumes to assess candidates based on the requirements of the role. 3. Candidate Communication: Reach out to shortlisted candidates, answer their queries, and guide them through the recruitment process.

4. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and keep applicants informed about the next steps. 5. Candidate Database Management: Maintain an organized and updated database of candidate information for current and future hiring needs.

6. Recruitment Tracking: Monitor hiring progress, update recruitment records, and prepare regular status reports for the team. 7. Recruitment Process Improvement: Collaborate with the HR team to improve sourcing techniques, streamline hiring processes, and enhance the candidate experience.

8. Job Promotion: Assist in promoting open positions across relevant platforms and channels to attract suitable candidates.
