Loan Collection Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Engage with borrowers over the phone to follow up on overdue loan accounts. 2. Manage and monitor assigned commercial vehicle loan portfolios to ensure timely recoveries.

3. Accurately record all call details, borrower commitments, and collection updates in the app. 4. Maintain consistent communication with customers until dues are cleared or cases are resolved.

5. Work towards achieving defined collection targets on a daily and monthly basis. 6. Coordinate with internal teams on escalations, resolution support, and repossession updates, as required.

7. Adhere to all organizational policies, compliance procedures, and audit standards. 8. Negotiate repayment plans and assist with restructuring overdue accounts when necessary.

9. Ensure every case is systematically updated and closed with the correct disposition.
