I'm looking for a creative and resourceful individual who can help build my personal brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. I'm looking for more than someone who simply posts content.
I want a creative partner who can brainstorm ideas, plan content, shoot videos, edit them, and manage the entire publishing process. Think of this as a one-person content team!
How We Will Work: We will dedicate a few hours every Saturday to batch-shooting content for the upcoming week. You will be responsible for preparing topics, scripts, questions, and the shooting plan in advance.
The remaining work, including editing, designing, writing, and scheduling, can be completed remotely. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1.
Collaborate on personal branding and content strategy. 2. Research interesting topics related to entrepreneurship, fintech, e-commerce, and international business.
3. Develop video concepts, hooks, and scripts. 4. Conduct weekly video shoots. 5. Edit engaging short-form videos with subtitles, B-roll, and appropriate transitions.
6. Create static creatives, carousels, and simple promotional ads. 7. Write captions and LinkedIn posts. 8. Schedule and publish content across platforms.
9. Track engagement and recommend improvements. 10. Maintain an organised content calendar and content library. Please note that this opportunity is based in Mumbai, with remote work possible for editing, designing, writing, and scheduling.
Please avoid sending generic social media marketing proposals. I'm interested in your creativity, storytelling, and ability to execute independently. This is initially a three-month engagement, with an opportunity to continue long-term.

• 7. A monthly performance report. • Qualifications & Skills: • 1. Understanding of social media storytelling. • 2. Good video shooting and editing skills.
• 3. Proficiency in Canva and CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools. • 4. Excellent English writing skills. • 5. Ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas.
• 6. Understanding of how to make professional content engaging without making it look overly corporate. • 7. Comfort working directly with a founder.
