Content Planning And Video Editing Internship

We're looking for an Instagram Content Planning and Video Editing Intern to create short montage reels for our Instagram page, Our Life in Miles. This is not just a video editing role.

You should be able to take a reel from idea hook/script clip selection final edit. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Identify relevant Instagram trends, formats, and audio quickly.

2. Come up with original reel concepts around our journey, fitness, travel, adventures, relationship, and lifestyle. 3. Write strong hooks and simple montage-reel scripts, including POVs, short text sequences, listicles, and similar formats.

4. Select relevant footage from our organised content library. 5. Edit short, engaging reels with good pacing, music, and on-screen text, preferably using the Instagram Edits app.

6. Write captions for each reel, ranging from short supporting copy to longer, story-led captions when the reel itself is very minimal. 7. Create reels that may be under 10 seconds and use a single hook or line on screen, with the fuller story or context carried in the caption.

8. Study our past content and understand what fits our voice and audience. 9. Plan the content pipeline and maintain a steady output throughout the month.

10. Deliver 20 publishable montage reels per month, including ideation, scripting, clip selection, and editing. 11. Ensure all reels are ready to publish rather than being rough edits or concepts.

Expected output: 20 publishable montage reels per month. 2. Monthly compensation: ₹10,000. 3. Compensation per completed reel: ₹500. 4. Reels must be fully ready to publish, including ideation, scripting, clip selection, and editing.

5. The content pipeline should be planned to maintain consistent output throughout the month.
