Video Editing/Making Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Edit short-form ads for Instagram and Facebook, including UGC, talking-head, and other ad formats.

2. Add subtitles, hooks, B-roll, music, and basic motion graphics to make videos engaging and conversion-focused. 3. Create multiple versions of the same ad to test different creative approaches and identify what performs best.

4. Collaborate with the media buying team to understand how your edits perform and contribute to campaign results. Eagerness to learn — this is more important than prior experience. • 2. Comfortable using any video editing software, such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

• 3. Ability to work with quick turnaround times and maintain organised file management. • 4. Open to feedback and willing to make revisions and re-cuts without hesitation.

• Bonus (Not Required): • 1. Experience experimenting with Veo 3 or other AI-powered video and image generation tools. • 2. Experience creating ads, Reels, YouTube videos, or other content that has performed well.
