Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conducting research within the designated community, based on selected roles, which encompass: - Awareness Advocates: Spreading awareness about mental health and mental well-being within communities.

- Community Surveys: Assisting in understanding the community's needs by conducting surveys and interviews. - Support Groups: Participating in and facilitating support groups within communities.

- Therapy Workshops and Sessions: Involvement in therapy workshops and sessions with trained professionals (limited to master's students and above). 2.

Engaging in similar sessions organized online for volunteers. 3. Contributing to online tasks, which involve assisting the team in creating content, designing schedules for awareness workshops and support sessions, and designing surveys.

Saday's team of psychologists provides mental health counseling sessions, therapy, or motivational sessions to people who need them the most. Our flagship program, #Project_Dhairya is a mental health support group and counseling initiative that has become a great success in curing many people, where around 150+ individuals across India have benefited and provided 250+ individual sessions through professional clinical or counseling psychologists.
