About company

You don't have to fit into a template here. At Offscript, we care less about how you're 'supposed' to do something and more about what you can create when you're given the freedom to figure it out. You'll work on real brands, real campaigns, and real problems. One day you might be finding creators for a campaign, the next you might be developing a Reel idea, writing a concept, researching a trend or figuring out how to make a brand impossible to scroll past.

There is no fixed creative playbook. We want people who have ideas, know how to communicate them, and are willing to get their hands dirty bringing them to life. Your background doesn't matter as much as your ability. Your degree doesn't impress us as much as your work. Your output does. If you're creative, curious, technically smart, and want a space where you can actually be yourself, you'll fit right in.
