Social Media & Office Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: A. Daily reel and short-form content 1. Shoot daily product reels/videos at the workspace. 2. Create content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.

3. Shoot product demonstrations, features, comparisons, packing videos, workshop scenes, and new arrivals. 4. Add captions, text overlays, music, transitions, and basic effects.

5. Maintain a consistent daily content schedule. 6. Suggest new reel ideas based on trending formats. 7. Take good-quality product photos/videos when required.

8. Organize raw footage and edited videos properly. B. Social media support 1. Upload and publish content on social media platforms. 2. Write basic captions, titles, and hashtags.

3. Maintain a content calendar. 4. Monitor basic engagement such as views, comments, and messages. 5. Identify useful trends that can be adapted for AutoToolsShop.

6. Help improve the overall presentation of the brand online. C. Invoice and office work 1. Prepare sales invoices/bills accurately. 2. Maintain basic sales/order records.

3. Assist with quotations and basic purchase/order documentation. 4. Maintain simple Excel/Google Sheets records. 5. Check invoice details before sending them to customers.

6. Help with general computer-based office tasks when required. D. Product and business support 1. Learn about AutoToolsShop's products and their applications.

2. Understand basic product specifications to ensure videos are accurate. 3. Assist in photographing/cataloguing new products. 4. Help prepare product information for the website and social media.

5. Coordinate with the sales/office team for content and customer requirements. Basic video editing ability, comfortable creating short-form videos independently. • 2. Comfortable using a smartphone to set up shots, record products, demonstrate tools, shoot close-ups, and capture workshop activity.

• 3. Creative mindset, naturally thinking about how to turn a product into a short-form reel rather than waiting for instructions. • 4. Basic Excel/computer knowledge, including Excel/Google Sheets, Word, file management, PDFs, basic typing, and Email/WhatsApp Web.

• 5. Basic accounting/invoice knowledge is preferred. • 6. Good Hindi and basic English, sufficient to understand product names, invoices, captions, and basic business communication.

• 7. Willing to work from office for most of the working day, rather than expecting a remote social media role. • 8. Self-motivated. • 9. Proficiency in Facebook marketing, Instagram marketing, and invoice processing.
