About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research legal matters related to technology, software, SaaS, data protection, and commercial laws.
2. Assist with preparing, drafting, and reviewing contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
3. Help review commercial agreements and identify important clauses, potential risks, and areas that need attention.
4. Maintain legal databases, contract records, and document management systems.
5. Monitor and research updates in laws, regulations, and legal developments relevant to the technology industry.
6. Support the legal team with routine legal tasks and documentation requirements.
7. Prepare legal summaries, notes, and other research-based documents as needed.

Stipend

INR₹ 7,000 - 10,000 /month

Other requirements

• 1. Currently pursuing LLB / 5-year integrated law course from a recognized university or institution.
• 2. Strong legal research and legal drafting skills.
• 3. Good understanding of contract law and commercial agreements.
• 4. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• 5. Good attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or potential legal risks.
• 6. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the legal team.
• 7. Interest in technology law, SaaS, and commercial legal work will be an added advantage.
