Teaching Internship (Part Time)

About the Role This is not a typical internship. At Micro Leaps, you will step into a real classroom, work directly with children, and learn how to create engaging, meaningful learning experiences.

As a Teaching Intern, you will be part of a pilot learning program, gaining hands-on exposure to an innovative education model while being mentored by experienced educators.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to explore a career in education, child development, or social impact while building real, practical skills. What You'll Do 1.

Work Directly with Students Facilitate small-group learning sessions in English and Math Use interactive activities, games, and discussions to make learning engaging Support students individually to help them build confidence and understanding 2.

Be Part of a Real Learning Space Help set up and run a structured, positive after-school environment Co-create fun, meaningful learning experiences beyond textbooks Work closely with the Centre Head and Program team 3.

Learn How Classrooms Actually Work Track student progress and reflect on learning outcomes Observe and practice effective teaching strategies Document insights and contribute to improving the program Who This Is For Students or graduates (any stream) curious about teaching, psychology, or education Someone who enjoys working with children and wants real-world experience Strong communicators who are proactive and willing to learn People open to feedback and excited to try new approaches Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: • are available for the part time job/internship • can start the part time job/internship between 16th Sep'26 and 21st Oct'26 • are available for duration of 6 months • are from Pune only • have relevant skills and interests • * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
