Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handling the operations of multiple centers of CMPTL 2. Managing projects & other documentation 3.

Managing any other support required for the teams from multiple centers 4. Coordinating with consultants 5. Setting up meetings for consultants 6. Sending mails/proposals as provided by consultants 7.

Sharing information and support with consultants after discussing with your reporting consultant 8. Reviewing timesheets of consultants 9. Working on partner program management 10.

Handling recruitment You could be involved in any of the following activities, based on your skill set, the company's requirements, and your availability: 1.

Event Organization: Assist in organizing events similar to those conducted by CMPTL. 2. Online Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate online meetings with partners, including sessions such as: https://youtu.

Additional information: • Stipend Structure: Fixed pay: ₹ 5,500 - 16,500 /month Incentive pay: ₹ 500 - 3,000 /month • Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 500000/year • Stipend Structure The internship follows an hourly stipend model of ₹55 per hour.

Hours Worked - 100 Hours - Stipend @ ₹55/hour = ₹5,500 Hours Worked - 200 Hours - Stipend @ ₹55/hour = ₹11,500 Hours Worked - 100 Hours - Stipend @ ₹55/hour = ₹16,500 If the intern works fewer or more hours, the stipend will be calculated based on the actual approved hours worked × ₹55 per hour.

Business Development incentives, wherever applicable, will be over and above the hourly stipend.
