Video Editing/Making Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Edit long-form podcast/interview videos with a strong focus on storytelling, pacing, and clean visual/audio quality.

2. Create short-form Reels/YouTube Shorts from podcast episodes, including captions, hooks, cuts, and basic graphics. 3. Work on thumbnails, titles, transitions, B-roll, and other visual elements as required.

4. Collaborate with the content team to understand creative direction and deliver edits within timelines.
