Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Calling prospective students, understanding their study-abroad goals, and connecting them with the right counsellor for UK, Ireland, Europe and New Zealand admissions 2.

Following up with leads via phone, WhatsApp and email to schedule counselling sessions and keep them engaged 3. Maintaining and updating lead and student data in Excel and the CRM with accuracy and timeliness 4.

Coordinating with the counselling team on daily lead allocation, follow-ups and status updates 5. Supporting day-to-day operations at The Mentors Circle, including document collection and application tracking 6.

Assisting the marketing team with lead campaigns, online events and student outreach Why join us: You will work directly with an experienced team at our Sector 18, Noida office, gain hands-on exposure to international admissions and visa processes, and learn how a study-abroad consultancy runs end to end.
