Content and Social Media Marketing Internship

We are looking for a creative, diligent, and social-media-savvy intern to manage and grow the Instagram and YouTube accounts of a young female creator with Down syndrome.

Her content includes humour, vlogs, personal stories and conversations about disability, inclusion and everyday life. Her Instagram account has recently gained encouraging momentum.

We need someone who can build on this momentum, strengthen her Instagram presence and develop her YouTube channel through consistent and engaging content.

Selected intern's responsibilities 1. Plan, shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, vlogs and longer YouTube videos. 2. Find interesting stories and content ideas from the creator's everyday life, personality and experiences.

3. Create strong hooks, captions, titles, thumbnails and on-screen text. 4. Develop simple, recognisable content series for Instagram and YouTube. 5. Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule.

6. Adapt content appropriately for each platform. 7. Monitor content performance and use the insights to improve future videos. 8. Respond to comments and messages professionally and sensitively.

9. Identify suitable trends, collaborations and opportunities for the creator. 10. Maintain the creator's natural voice, dignity, privacy and personal boundaries.

Work environment: 1. This is a hybrid role based in Gurgaon. The intern will be required to come to our home-based working environment three days a week for filming and content planning.

Editing, publishing, and other tasks may be completed remotely. 2. Since the role involves working closely with a young female creator and filming in a personal home environment, it is open to female candidates only.
