Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services. 2. Handling customer inquiries and providing information about our offerings.

3. Following up with leads. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve processes.
