Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
2. Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates promptly.
4. Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
5. Update and maintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System to track progress and measure success.
