We are looking for someone who excels in effective communication, social media marketing, MS-Excel, MS-Word, Instagram marketing, Facebook marketing, and YouTube ads.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create and schedule engaging social media content across various platforms
2. Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels
3. Assist with developing and implementing social media marketing strategies
4. Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance
5. Manage and update Excel spreadsheets with property data
6. Assist in drafting documents and correspondence using MS-Word
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to run targeted Facebook and Instagram ads
